She's exactly what I have needed in a therapist and I am so grateful for her willingness to communicate even if I can't book an actual session. She responds to my messages in a timely fashion and I feel seen and heard by her!

I’ve been seeing Julie for a few months now, and she has been amazing in helping me navigate issues in my life, both with personal relationships and ongoing issues with my current occupation. She’s understanding and empathetic, while also being able to give me advice I might not want to hear, but I know I need to hear it.

Julie is an empathetic listener. She gives practical advice. She's not remotely judgmental, but instead makes me feel understood and supported even as she challenges my perspective. She's a safe place. Highly recommend!
