Sometimes it is hard to know where to begin, often resulting in confusion, anger, anxiety, and depression. Sound familiar? With thirty-five years of professional practice, I have developed a multi-faceted approach collaborating with a diverse portfolio of clients. Together we pinpoint effective, practical solutions. I offer psychotherapy, relationship counseling, addiction counseling, career and life coaching, financial and business consulting. My style is active, supportive, yet will challenge you to look more deeply into the issues that have been identified, Life is a journey.
