Julie Butler, LMHC
About me
I’m a licensed mental health counselor with over 15 years experience in the behavioral health field, including individual, couples, family, child and group therapy.
I use a holistic approach to therapy, believing there are many dimensions to mental and emotional health and wellness. I commonly use Adlerian approaches to gain an understanding of how certain beliefs and patterns were formed, then cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy techniques to help you form more positive beliefs and behaviors.
My goal is to help you find healing from within so you can move forward with life feeling more satisfied, hopeful and empowered. I look forward to working with you.
