Julie is informative and helpful in her techniques. She is understanding and tender but very professional. She's easy to talk to and helps put validity and meaning behind the emotions and traumas I feel. She's helped me work through my childhood traumas and has helped me get in touch with my values, beliefs, and has given helpful tools to help me remember what exactly is important to me so I can heal and let go of those core beliefs and traumas that have defined my past.
