Julie is God sent. I never thought I’d be here, where I believed that I could find the perfect therapist, but here we are. 1000% recommend if you love an open-minded, non-judgmental human.

Julie is kind understanding and compassionate. Her dedication to helping clients and genuine care that she demonstrates are both healing and a good example as well. Getting guidance from a therapist who has done their own inner work makes a huge difference!

Julie is excellent to work with, and I appreciate how she guides me to come to my own conclusions without leading me to a specific path. She is incredibly relatable and easy to talk to, and from the very first session I knew she was the perfect therapist for me.

I’ve been seeing Julie for two weeks now and am feeling much more capable or tackling hard days. Julie provides thoughtful guidance for managing my emotions and accessible and easy tasks outside of therapy in between sessions. I look forward to continuing my mental health journey with Julie!

Julie has been such a great therapist for me! I think we’ve had about 8 or so sessions thus far and I’m so happy that I got matched with her on this journey of healing. She has opened my eyes to so much that I didn’t realize I was subconsciously dealing with and past trauma that I either forgot about or didn’t think of as a trauma that was affecting my current every day life so much. I started therapy to help with an overall sadness I’ve had and stress from work but in addition to helping me with those underlying issues, Julie is helping me unpack other things little by little and is teaching me so much along the way. I’ve been through several therapists through my insurance and they just haven’t been a good match. I’m glad I tried Better Help and have Julie as a therapist now and I truly couldn’t be happier!!

I absolutely enjoyed all my sessions with Julie. She helped me sort my feelings on a lot of personal things and gave incredible insight and advice on how to approach the difficult events in life. She’s knowledgeable and so kind. I will definitely request Julie as my therapist the next time I come back to BetterHelp.

I started the BetterHelp experience with just blind hope and the intuition that it was a healthy decision to make. I can say with confidence that it was the best decision I could have made— and the fact that the stars aligned and connected me with Julie is something I am eternally grateful for. She is equipped with a profound level of compassion for complete strangers that could pierce even the most guarded heart. Her advice and guidance is based in genuine expertise and a level of emotional intelligence I believe is hard to come by.

A beautiful little lady who shows how much she cares and is invested in my well being!
Written on Dec 23, 2022 after therapy with Julie for 3 weeks on issues concerning depression, stress, anxiety, addictions, trauma and abuse, grief, intimacy-related issues, eating disorders, sleeping disorders, self esteem, coping with life changes, and adhd
I’ve only had Julie for a few weeks now, but having a weekly video appointment, sending texts, and doing the worksheets she has given has helped me tackle some of the issues I have been facing for a while now. She’s very good at being supportive while also keeping a logical stance on these issues and a nonjudgmental one.
Overall, a good start to my therapy journey!
