I had a great session with Julie. I felt that she asked excellent questions and had really good feedback. She was good at flowing with the conversation, going deeper when I was able to be more vulnerable and keeping a comfortable, real, intellectual conversation when I was more in my head.

Julie has been beyond excellent.
I had my doubts about betterhelp as the first counselor I was paired with didn't seem to engage with me as I was expecting, but after being switched to Julie I now see the potential of this service.
Julie has offered a bunch of support through messages, worksheets, and video sessions, and I have felt she has adjusted her methods to suit me in a very comforting and patient manner.
I was doubtful I would get much from a counseling service but I have been thankfully been proven incorrect.
Thanks Julie!
