Julie Faflik, LPC
About me
Hello,
My name is Julie Faflik and I am a licensed professional counselor from Texas. I have a master's degree from the University of Texas in El Paso in Counseling Psychology. I am grateful that I have had experience in community mental health. I have worked in crisis for the last year and a half. From trauma people can have depression, anxiety and anger. Many people feel that no one understands them. I believe in working as a team. I am willing to listen. I believe that everyone has their own story. Would you like to share your story?
I believe that everyone is an individual so the type of therapy I use can vary. I may use cognitive behavior therapy, mindfulness or reality therapy. Sometimes I use motivational interviewing.
I look forward to meeting you.
