About me
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and self-love and self-care enthusiast in the state of Florida with over eight years of experience in mental health and wellness. I have worked with individuals, families and groups of all ages with focuses on end of life, grief, trauma, domestic violence, substance abuse, stress, anxiety, depression and caregiver fatigue.
I am committed to helping all humans learn how to build a healthier relationship with themselves. My work focuses on targeting negative thoughts, beliefs and traditions around self. I believe in taking a person-centered approach when helping clients reach their goals, while utilizing motivational interviewing, mindfulness and solution-focused therapy.
The decision to seek therapy is often difficult and can make you feel vulnerable. My goal is to meet you where you are and give you a comfortable and safe space to work on your goals. I look forward to connecting with you!

I have had many therapists recently and Julie is the first one I have connected with. She is the first one that is giving me tools and suggestions to change behaviors that are not healthy. She is empathetic and knowledgeable, she relates to you and leaves you with thought provoking questions as well as assignments.
