About me
Hi! I’m glad you’re here. Life can be hard and confusing and scary. You may be feeling overwhelmed or you’re struggling with low self-worth and self-doubt. Maybe you’re having difficulty in your relationships with friends, family or partner(s). Perhaps you’re struggling to identify and express your emotions. Add to that, despite all of the positives associated with social media, many people are feeling more isolated and alone than ever. I specialize in treating people struggling with depression, anxiety and trauma as well as life transitions such as navigating college, careers and relationships.
My goal is to offer a space where you feel safe and supported in sharing all of you. You can tell me anything. I offer a non-judgmental, affirming approach to therapy. I love working collaboratively with individuals to explore and process thoughts, experiences, issues and triggers. We will explore your goals and work towards them together.
Many people I work with find me to be easy to talk to and a “calming” presence. I have clients who I laugh and joke with as we work together and nothing makes me happier than being there next to someone as they become healthier, happier, stronger and more confident. I welcome the opportunity to meet with you to see if we might be a good fit.

Julie is the best therapist I’ve ever had. She is caring, compassionate, asks all the right questions, provides insight, and helps me set goals. She’s a total life saver!

Julie has been such a wonderful light to talk to. She listens to understand and responds with questions. It’s refreshing to have someone to talk to about issues going on and not just hear “you’ll be fine”.
