Do you often wake up with a "why bother?!" mood and find yourself wanting to go back to sleep? Do you find it difficult to move on from past traumas or situations? Do your thoughts race so fast you have difficulty in completing tasks? Do you avoid certain people, places or things due to anxiety? Life changes can feel so overwhelming at times, you are not alone! Having a therapist as an objective confidant to help guide you into making the best decisions for yourself and to have an open non-judgmental listening support can be so helpful. I would love the opportunity to be able to help you discover your full potential, to develop and discover coping skills to meet your goals in life. My services focus on identifying, healing, planning, and focusing on goals to help you live a healthy fulfilling life. I am human just like you, and have dealt with mental health on a professional level and a personal level. I feel that my experiences have helped me develop into the therapist I am today. I often use humor at times to help lighten conversation making things feel more manageable. I would be honored to work with you, you are not alone!
