About me
Hello and Welcome!
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and a Master’s in Professional Counseling from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh. As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Wisconsin, I bring over 25 years of experience working with teens and adults, helping them navigate challenges such as anxiety, grief and loss, life transitions, divorce, co-parenting, low self-esteem, and stress.
My therapeutic approach is warm, compassionate, and non-judgmental. I understand that seeking therapy can feel daunting, and opening up may not always come easily. That’s why I strive to create a safe and welcoming space where you can express yourself freely and authentically.
I believe that no problem is too big or too small for therapy. Whether you're looking to gain insight, find healing, or explore new ways to move forward, I’m here to walk alongside you. My goal is to support and empower you as you navigate life’s ups and downs.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of witnessing the resilience and strength of those who face adversity with courage and vulnerability. These experiences reinforce my belief that while our pasts shape us, they do not define us. We all have the power to write new chapters in our story. Change is powerful—and so are you.
I look forward to joining you on this journey of growth and healing!
