Julie has been the first therapist I’ve ever worked with and she made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease. She has helped me work through personal struggles with finance, self image and relationship issues by utilizing the skills and “fire inside” me in a way I never knew I was capable of. After every session with Julie I felt a little lighter and happier, her positivity and empathy towards my feelings through every session has helped me so much.

Julie is kind, compassionate, intelligent and so very insightful. She makes me feel welcomed and comfortable at all times to share what it is I am struggling with each week, and she does so without judgment. She remembers our previous conversations and took the time to get to know me and my situation which allows us to make the most of each session. She is thoughtful in her advice and gentle in her delivery of it. I would highly recommend her.
