About me
I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor and a licensed clinical addiction specialist with 11 years of experience. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, OCD, and ADHD. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse and those struggling with various addictions.
I believe everyone is creative, resourceful, and whole. As your therapist I am here to not only assist you in working through specific difficulties you request, but also help you identify areas that are holding you back from living the healthy, happy life you deserve. Everyone has a unique worldview based upon your life and experiences. I can help you develop paths to move forward and accomplish your goals in life. During our time you will always enjoy a judgement free and supportive space. Utilizing a broad spectrum of treatment methods, we can tailor your sessions for the most comfortable and effective style for your needs. I normally draw from Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
