Genuinely feel heard, and understood, when we speak. I don’t feel like I need to be reserved in how I describe things and opening up is extremely easy. Would definitely recommend.

This is my first time in therapy and I'm so relieved it has been the best experience, more than I expected. I feel heard, understood, validated, and seen. Julissa is also helping me see myself to better understand myself. It has only been 2 sessions but I have better understanding and it's connected so many things and making better sense. Feeling hopeful.

Julissa is super attentive and receptive. She is an excellent listener and empathetic. She focused on the individual rather than just solely their issue so that he or she can look outside and beyond the issue and see things from a greater perspective/wider scope. I like that she has a youthful energy and has the ability to relate socioculturally, which is extremely important. I think BetterHelp should seek more professionals that represent the diversity of the subscribers.
