Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Justen Gross. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Justen is awesome. He starts every session by asking what I want to talk about, and I don’t feel railroaded into a certain conversation. He actively listens and makes sure he understands what I am saying. He never judges or dismisses any of the topics discussed. He is always early to appointments and replies quickly and if not makes sure I understand why. Knowledgeable in many different psychological models and is willing to try different therapies depending on the occasion.
