About me

I am licensed in Illinois with 7 years of professional work experience in the helping professions. I have experience in helping clients with coping with: personality disorders, addictions, family conflicts, post-incarceration syndrome, bipolar disorder, psychosis, and process addictions. I generally help people be better humans.

I am particularly interested in helping autistic and other neurodiverse people explore and embrace their strengths.

I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. I might have an acute case of RBF at times, but don't worry: that's not me talking.

Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
