About me
I am licensed in Montana with 4 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. My role as a therapist is to work in a deep and supportive manner. I strive to foster a compassionate and safe space for you to explore who you are, your patterns, creative aspects, and past traumas. Working through an integrative approach I weave parts work and mindfulness together to foster a sense of compassion and curiosity in who we are that encourages self-expression and healing. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
