Many people turn to psychotherapy or counseling for help with anxiety, depression, trauma, painful relationship patterns, feeling stuck, or sometimes just the feeling that something is missing from life. Sometimes we may not have the words to describe our feelings, struggles or suffering. However, with insight into past relationships and experiences, many people can make progress immediately towards overcoming these difficulties and becoming more effective in their work and relationships. I am a licensed clinician with more than 18 years of experience in helping individuals achieve a more fulfilling life.
Whether it is your first time in therapy, or you are giving it another try, it can be an uneasy experience sharing with a stranger. Your first session with me will be different from future visits. The initial visit is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and to gauge your comfort level in working with me. Future visits will be focused on helping you to develop goals and gaining the insight and tools to accomplish them. Sessions are either 30 or 45 minutes long and occur at a frequency that meets your needs.

As we were talking the first session, Jye helped me identify some of the key issues that I have been struggling with for quite a while. I knew I needed to talk to someone, but I’m located in a rural suburban area that makes it difficult to meet new people and feel comfortable enough to go deep diving with. Jye has been very helpful to me and I’m grateful to have found him.

So far Jye has let me speak and offered input when needed most. There have been times where I’m rambling on and he allows me to finish my thoughts before interjecting.

Jye is great at communicating. He makes me think about why I do things that I know are an issue without actually saying it. He has the ability to make me feel so comfortable that I’m able to share my honest feelings. without feeling ashamed. I would recommend him to anyone that is looking for a GREAT, understanding therapist.

Jye, has the personal, professional, and standard of excellence I’ve been searching for in a therapist. His insights and ability to eventually glimpse into my mindset to better reflect on the plights I struggle through have enabled me to greatly expand my heart and strengthen my resolve in most aspects of my life. I know there is at least hope with Jye at my side aiding me in sorting through all these problems I’ve nearly given up on. Being in foreclosure isn’t fun.

Jye was a great therapist and was able to understand and help me with relationship issues. He understands people coming from different backgrounds and finds ways to solve the problems.
He is practical in terms of finding solutions but also able to connect to the emotional side of things.

Being new to therapy, I was unsure of how things would go. After my first session with Jye, I knew I made the right choice. He is extremely knowledgeable and skilled at what he does. His ability to guide the narrative and actively listen helps to really uncover what is going on. Forever grateful I started this journey and was matched with Jye!
