I can confidently say that Kaneesha has made a positive impact on my life. I have seen improvements to my mental and physical health, reduced anxiety symptoms, and overall increased productivity in the few weeks she has been my counselor. The insights and encouragement she provides are not only helpful and make me feel better, but often groundbreaking towards improving cognitive distortions. Her counseling style suits me and I appreciate her warmth and commitment to helping me in the best way possible!
