I know exactly what you’re feeling: feeling things are out of your control, the tension in your body, the feeling you can’t possibly get everything done without disappointing others and you want relief now. Anxiety can be debilitating, and I don’t want you to have to suffer anymore. Reframing thinking patterns can significantly reduce anxiety, and I look forward to teaching you the strategies that will give you your life back.
We’ll start by untangling your thoughts and feelings so you can gain clarity. By practicing acceptance, you can focus on taking actionable steps that move you towards your goals that align with your values. You'll develop effective coping strategies and thus gain resilience so you are better able to manage your stress no matter what comes your way.
Life brings many challenges so your feelings are valid. I will actively listen to your needs and create a safe and supportive environment for you to freely share your concerns. I am here to provide guidance, support, and understanding. I hope to meet with you so we can work together placing you on the path towards mental wellness.
