I have been working with Karen for around four months I believe now. She has helped me find different techniques to cope with anxiety to help me find which is best for me. She also helped me conquer some grief I was having after the loss of a loved one. She is very supportive, compassionate, intelligent, and I could go on for days about good things to say about her as a Therapist. Karen is the second therapist I have worked with on BetterHelp and I will never use another. She has helped me be not only a better person but most importantly she has helped find out the person I want to be. She has really changed my life for the better. BetterHelp is really lucky to have a therapist as good as her on their team. She is definitely a asset.

Karen is extremely knowledgeable and effective in her therapy practice. Right away, Karen has been able to help me sore out where I’d like to begin in my therapy journey and offers a variety of tools to support me with my goals. I’ve seen other therapist in the past that felt more like passive participants in the therapy process whereas Karen really does feel more like a teammate and guide who genuinely cares. Totally recommend.
