I began my therapeutic journey with Betterhelp never having experienced therapy before. Uncertain about what lay ahead, I found solace in the fact that my therapist, Karen Crawley Buckhotlz, actively listened to my concerns. Together, we delved into the exploration of my strengths and my weaknesses, devising strategies to navigate challenges, problem-solving, and fostering acceptance and release. Life is a series of highs and lows with choices that are sometimes crystal clear and at other times elusive. I am so grateful for the guidance that help me navigate through the complexities, allowing me to emerge from the challenges with a clearer sense of direction. This transformative process has left me feeling renewed and stronger than I have in a long time. Thank you, Karen.
