She has been a great help for me when I was feeling overwhelmed by supporting my family through a pandemic, losing three close family members within 6 months and not knowing how to deal with it. I really appreciated having someone to talk to, she never pressured me to open up too much but gave me the space to talk about and experience my grief. She also gave me valuable advice and insights which I am regularly use when I begin to feel overwhelmed or fixated. Thank you!

Being a student in a worldwide pandemic has been difficult considering I deal with both anxiety and depression. My last option was BetterHelp as normal therapy or counselors are expensive and hard to track down with any insurance recently. Speaking with Karen gives me the opportunity to get feedback and thoughts about my pattern of thought when talking about myself. I feel more confident and more validated since speaking with her. It is a decision that made my quality of life overall better. I suggest it to anyone searching for help.
