Karen has been very helpful through a year full of varied challenges. She always pushes me to look a little deeper and helps me find connections to feelings and events. I’ve found her to be very helpful.

Very understanding and supportive counsellor who listens attentively and provides a safe space to share. She also gives simple realistic advice that are very appropriate and helpful. Thank you!

This was my first time having therapy. I am very fortunate that Karen was my first therapist. Going into my first session, I was expecting someone that would try to ask questions to guide the conversation. Instead I had a therapist that patiently listened and allowed me to processed my own thoughts in order to let me drive the conversation. Karen made the space available for me to feel secured.
