About me

Psychotherapy can be an effective tool in providing you with the necessary support and training to overcome the challenges you face. As an experienced licensed professional counselor, it is my honor to assist you in exploring your core issues and move toward a healthy, fulfilling life. Dr. Perez came into my life during the pandemic. I can truly say that I do not know how I would have made it through without her. I had planned to stop therapy as I had in the passed after the initial very tough was overcome, but now I feel like I should continue to move past just working through an issue when it becomes debilitating. She has helped me realize that is a better way.
