Dr. Perez is always very attentive and has helped me through the good times as much as the bad times with good listening and constructive conversations. I really feel I improved in many ways.

Dr. Perez came into my life during the pandemic. I can truly say that I do not know how I would have made it through without her. I had planned to stop therapy as I had in the passed after the initial very tough was overcome, but now I feel like I should continue to move past just working through an issue when it becomes debilitating. She has helped me realize that is a better way.

Dr. Perez is an absolute joy to talk to and even during some of my hardest and darkest times, she's helped lift me up and give me some real perspective. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs someone who is an excellent ear and who can help guide you through whatever you're going through.
