About me

I am licensed in New York with 40 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients deal with addictions, relationships, workplace issues, stress and anxiety. I received my Bachelors degree from Empire College which is a New York accredited college of external study and was an incredible experience for me. I earned my Masters' degree from Adelphi University on Long Island. I am accredited as an LCSW in New York State. One of my greatest learning experiences was my employment in South Oaks Hospital which established my experience in addictions counseling.
A normal part of life is dealing with issues of loss and grief and this is your opportunity to come to terms with these issues.
Working on issues of motivation, self esteem, and confidence will greatly enhance your success in life. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you. Taking the first step to sign up for therapy can take courage and I am proud of you for getting started!
