Karen is an amazing therapist. She validates my feelings while helping me see nuances that allow me to see other perspectives and suggests and encourages me to participate in exercises to help guide my progress between sessions. I'm not sure I've ever felt more supported by my therapist and have had some fantastic therapists in my years of mental health healing and nourishment.

Karen's quick responses and interaction between appointments has been key to helping me work through emotions and concerns. I love how she listens, asks thought-provoking questions, and serves as a sounding board for things I haven't been able to say out loud even to those closest to me.
