So far as my therapist she has been amazing. I really enjoy talking to her and she seems to get where I'm coming from. She's not judgemental and I look forward to our sessions together.

I feel incredibly lucky to have been paired with Karen as my therapist! I’ll be honest, I was skeptical about how effective virtual therapy could be, but decided to try it out during one of the most pivotal and impactful seasons I’ve experienced in life yet. From the very first session, Karen has not only listened in ways that let me know I am actually heard, provided exceptional insight and knowledge, but has always treated me with respect, given me a safe space to come to with any and all topics, and has been upfront, honest and genuine.
Karen is always on time, responds quickly to any messages sent between sessions, and has made room for additional sessions when I was struggling.
In three months, I have learned more than I had in a year with other therapists, and am incredibly thankful for her support and progress she has helped me achieve. I never feel judged, or unsure about what I can bring to each session.
Therapy and healing isn’t always easy, it’s messy, and emotional and uncomfortable- and having Karen in my corner while I venture through has been a game changer.
