Karen is thoughtful and knows her stuff!!! I’m a newer patient for her, but I feel like I’ve found what I needed. BetterHelp so far has been better than expected. I like having access to message when I need to, and she responds when she gets a chance. I would recommend her for anyone needing to understand their emotions, feelings, actions, etc. especially related to past trauma, anxiety, and/or depression.
