My experience has been nothing but positive. I feel seen, heard, and validated. Karina is very easy to talk to and I have gained new insight and learned healthy coping skills to apply to my life, with her help. I’m grateful for the space she holds and would recommend her to anyone who has suffered trauma and is ready to take their life back.
