Karla is a phenomenal therapist. I always feel heard and she keeps me moving forward towards my goals with concrete steps. In my time working with her so far I have noticed an increase not only in my self awareness but in my ability to address ingrained attitudes/beliefs that no longer serve me. She always encourages me and guides me with an empowering approach, highlighting my progress and building on that each session. Karla creates a safe space for vulnerability and growth, and this has helped me tackle some issues that I previously just kept to myself. It has been through working with Karla that I’ve started to give myself room to be just a little more human and I thank her for all her support and expertise.

Karla is really kind and understanding, she's very open to you expressing yourself freely and that's what I've been looking for in a counselor. Glad to have her to help me find better ways to manage my mental health.
