Karolina Orenczak, BACP
About me
With a dedicated focus on trauma, attachment, relationships, and early childhood wounds, I offer a compassionate and comprehensive approach to therapy.
I help trauma and loss survivors find security in the present, reconnect with their inner child, and live life on their own terms. I recognize that everyone has faced adversity and that traumatic experiences are a universal part of life. This understanding underpins my belief that everyone's pain is valid and worthy of being shared and worked through.
Not processing trauma can significantly impact mental well-being, leading to conditions such as anxiety, depression, addiction, PTSD, and other mood or personality disorders. I am committed to providing a safe space where you can process your pain and work towards a happier life.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and trauma-informed, combining Transactional Analysis and Brainspotting. Brainspotting, a neuroexperiential model, is particularly effective in treating trauma, anxiety, depression, and attachment issues. By meeting you where you are in your journey, I ensure a personalized and empathetic therapeutic experience.
I hold a BSc in Psychology and a certificate in Therapeutic Counselling specializing in Transactional Analysis. Additionally, I have certificates in Grief and Bereavement Counselling, Brainspotting Phases 1 and 2, Rewind Therapy, and an introduction to Narrative Exposure Therapy training. My commitment to continuous self-development allows me to integrate various models and provide a service tailored to your unique journey.
I am an author of an Inner Child Workbook and Journal, where I provide valuable tools and insights for individuals seeking healing and self-discovery.

Karolina is excellent. A kind, truly sympathetic listener who asks all the right questions and helps me come to conclusions on my own without over-direction. Karolina is incredibly knowledgable and has a calming, reassuring presence, offering regular check ins on how I’m feeling both during the sessions and between sessions. Highly recommended.
