I've done therapy before, but never had a good connection with my therapist. Dr. Smith listens and hears even what I'm not saying. I'm so grateful to have found Dr. Smith. She hears me and sees me and my issues. I feel blessed that she is my therapist. I'm going through a lot, yet feel emotionally able to handle things better from our sessions.

Dr. Smith has helped me so much. I have a better relationship with members of my family. She is so compassionate and I have become a better listener and better support for my children because I finally have some support myself. She encourages me to take care of myself and she truly cares. I don’t feel so overwhelmed and alone and it’s nice to have someone validate my feelings.

Meeting Dr. Smith made me feel relieved, heard, safe, and hopeful. I have had a handful of therapists in my life and she has given me more to work with, just a perfect fit for my needs. Having her there during my fiance and my hard times has helped us communicate more effectively, and relieved the palpable tension in our lives.
