I am a licensed professional counselor in Texas with four years of experience helping children, adolescent and adult clients work through their issues. Specifically, I have extensive experience working with clients experiencing depression, anxiety, complex trauma, history of abuse, relational difficulties, mood disorders and externalizing behaviors in children and adolescents. In my daily practice, I frequently use Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and other trauma-informed therapies. I believe that you are the expert of your story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.
