I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, lgbtq+ related issues, trauma and abuse, & coping with grief and loss. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared without fear of judgment. My style is warm, interactive and flexible. My approach combines CBT, mindfulness and T-CBT. I will tailor my approach and methods to best meet your individual needs.
