KC is a great listener (good for me who needs to talk it out!) and offers good, objective comments and guidance. She included both my husband and I when working through a family concern, and she was able to pull both of us in to the discussion readily. I feel that I can reach out to her as needed over time, with no pressure to say the "right" thing. I was happy to have someone to reach out to when this unexpected situation arose- it helped to have someone with expertise to guide us and recommend a path forward.
