Kathryn is very respectful and listens to my concerns. She has helped me greatly in working towards better mental health. There have been times where I’ve felt like I no longer needed therapy but Kathryn identified issues that I didn’t realize or think about. Would highly recommend her as a therapist

Katheryn is fabulous. She listens without making you feel like you talk too much. She really listens and then comes up with strategies to help. She hits the nail on the head and I fully trusted her after one visit. I was not keen on therapy, but I feel very different at this point.

Working with Katheryn far exceeds any experience I’ve had working with other therapists. She not only gives me tools to address my concerns but also helps me troubleshoot real-life issues that come up. I am so glad to work with her and on a schedule that fits with my life

Katheryn was very helpful to me during a low point in my life! She truly listened and made me feel respected and valued. She provided suggestions and really allowed me a safe space to talk and reflect! I would recommend her to anyone in need!
