Kathleen is amazing and listens to everything you have to say with no judgement and has a library of resources that I use and give to others who may be going through what I was going through. I can’t recommend her enough!

I have been in counseling with Kathleen for a year now and the journey has been a remarkable help to me personally with positive effects for each person in my family, my husband in particular. However, she has also given me insights to the effects of my childrhood traumas and healthy ways to further process that background. She has gently helped me discover the need for self-care, especially in the midst of being a caregiver and boundary setting in my relationships. She is a superb listener and makes me always feel safe to share my deepest feelings and not be judged. Instead she has very insightful remarks to coach me to a better place in some of the most difficult circumstances. I highly recommend Kathleen for anyone seeking counseling.

I was hesitant to start therapy, there were a lot of “what if’s”. I was mostly worried about not finding the right therapist and dreaded having to potentially go through different therapists to find the right fit for what I needed to work on. I’m thankful that I go matched with Kathleen and I’ve gained so much insight in the few sessions I’ve had with her. She is attentive, compassionate, nonjudgmental , and very skilled/knowledgeable in what she does. She has made this journey so much easier and I look forward to getting where I need to be.
