Kathryn tells it how it is and lets you tell it how it is with no judgment as well. She is solution oriented when it comes to dealing with problems. Kathryn gives great advice and makes you feel at ease to open up to her about your problems. She encourages you towards your goals, which she never loses sight of. One of the best therapists I have ever had!
