About me

Congratulations on getting this far as you start your journey to improve your emotional well-being! Often the first steps are the most difficult. Thank you for pausing at my profile. My name is Katie and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Wisconsin. I have over 25 years of providing therapy services to a wide variety of populations and presenting concerns. (BetterHelp says this makes me a "mature therapist" :-)) I have extensive experience treating depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, parenting concerns, coping with life stressors and other mental health diagnoses. My approach is to meet people where they are and assist them with meeting the goals they define. I believe that you are worthwhile, your time is valuable. Please know I will strive to make our time together beneficial as you move toward a better tomorrow.
On a personal note, I have been married for 27 years and have two "grown and flown" children. I have wanted to be a social worker/therapist for as long as I can remember and have never regretted the path that has led me here! I hope we get the chance to meet.
Thank you!
