About me
Katie Ingram has worked in the mental health industry since 2007 and provided psychotherapy services in Florida since 2016.
In addition to being a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor, Katie is a Registered Play Therapist and uses play therapy with children ages 5 and older. She is a Guardian ad Litem in the 15th Circuit, Palm Beach County, and a Certified Emergency Responder and Public Safety Clinician (NERPSC). Katie is also certified to conduct Juvenile Competency Evaluations in the State of Florida.
Katie is an IASIS Certified Provider and offers Micro Current Neurofeedback to help clients with a multitude of issues including anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, TBI, stress, PTSD, and more.
Katie Ingram utilizes an integrative approach with children, adolescents, and adults. Her areas of expertise include trauma and abuse, behavioral issues, anger management, and anxiety/depression. By personalizing the therapeutic experience, children, individuals, and families are empowered to overcome personal obstacles. Katie’s approach to therapy embraces a distinct range of psychological, behavioral, and spiritual perspectives including play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and brief solution-focused therapy.
When she is not at work, you can find Katie paddleboarding with her dog, road cycling, or playing pickleball. She also enjoys kayaking, racquetball, reading, and fantasy football.
