I'm empathetic, but honest and believe everyone has their own strengths that they just need to recognize.
I am a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Massachusetts. I have 10+ years of experience working with all ages, and within a wide variety of problem areas including individual or family struggles, communication, anxiety, depression, trauma, and difficult life stressors (i.e., going/completing college, career changes, new relationships, and loss).
