My education consist of a Masters of Science in Psychological services, and I am a Licensed Professional counselor in both the state of Oklahoma and Texas. Kay has been simply amazing. I have made so many positive changes and improvements in my life and in how I treat myself. Kay is so understanding and very professional. She has a way of making me understand my feeling are normal when dealing with some uncomfortable discussion topics. Kay is an incredible therapist. She is relatable, understanding, and comforting. When I tried out therapy before Kay, I was very wary of continuing therapy. I did not relate to my prior therapists, and I felt like they were not understanding what I needed. After one session with Kay, I was hooked. She listens but also provides conversation and feedback. I was really looking for someone to have a two-way conversation with, and Kay gave me that. Highly recommend; a 10/10 experience.
