Kaye is a good listener and very perceptive. She challenges my assumptions about myself or situations in helpful ways. Also, Kaye goes gently where necessary, shares generously from her own life experience and has a great sense of humour! She brings joy as well as wisdom and expertise to our sessions. I've found Kaye's therapy very helpful and encouraging - it's supported me through a period of change and helped me feel confident to apply for a promotion at work. In short - highly recommended.

Kaye has been and still is a tremendous help to me and in my journey of my self healing and empowerment. In hindsight, I sought help from betterhelp and was linked to Kaye as a selected therapist according to my preferences, and thankfully i was blessed with this angel because i was going through such a tough time in life and i didnt know what to do about it. I was dragging my feet to work, i felt dread, anxiety, stress, low self esteem and so many more you could name. It was a wreck. Kaye is never a person who views my faults and instead she refuses to acknowledge that there was something wrong with me, and because of that confidence she had in me, because she believed in me, it was like a contagious spark of joy each time i am on a session with her. It has been 11 months since our first session. She has been nothing but patient in guiding me step by step and helping me be a better version of myself. I didnt know therapy was this easy and this welcoming. When you need someone, you feel threatened, u feel like your fight or flight response is in the way, you dont have to when you have Kaye. Talking to her feels like a warm light of joy. I encourage everyone who is on therapy to keep booking your weekly sessions and make it a habit because you never know if you ever might need it.

Miss Kaye is truly exceptional in every aspect. Not only does she exhibit utmost professionalism in her work, but she also possesses an incredible ability to inspire and guide others. As a mentor, she is caring and compassionate, sharing her wealth of wisdom and insights. Her talent lies in her knack for simplifying complex concepts, making them easily understandable. Moreover, she consistently checks in on my well-being and readily offers assistance and tailored solutions to any concerns I may have. She also doesn’t shy away of sharing her personal experiences on various subjects, always maintaining a high level of professionalism. I cannot emphasize enough how highly I recommend her.
Thank you!

This isn’t my first therapy experience, and it's safe to say that Kaye's approach is incomparable, in a good way. Kaye is not just a therapist; she's a true listener and a friend who engages with your stories. She comfortably shares her own experiences when relevant, demonstrating a genuine understanding of every situation. Kaye serves as a personal cheerleader, with the most inspiring words when you really need to hear them. Although it may not be easy, she manages to remain unbiased, allowing your reality and healing process to unfold without interference. Despite the physical distance, she manages to be remarkably close, nicely integrating herself into your world, regardless of your location.
Opening up about my concerns has never been easy for me, but Kaye's patience and space have allowed me to develop confidence and trust at my own pace. She has been a crucial reminder of the significance of life's little things(which I tend to forget in the midst of the madness), guiding me towards finding happiness and passion in aspects I had previously overlooked. In just a few months, Kaye has made a significant impact, and I'm truly grateful for the positive changes she has brought into my life.

Kaye is lively and lovely, and in such a short period of time is already very in tune to my needs. I have made great progress in a short amount of time, and therapy is one of the best decisions I could have made for myself in this time of my life.

I’ve been seeing Kaye for more than 12 weeks now and what a joy it has been to continue to let our relationship blossom. I’d like to think I’m unique and indifferent due to what I look like and where I’m from. She has given me a safe and open space to allow me to just be. She propels me to truly understand who I am becoming.

I have tried therapy with a couple of other people but never connected with someone like I do with Kaye, I feel like she totally understands where I am and why I need support and can see where I want to me when it’s foggy for me right now. I feel she has a belief in me and sees what I can be. She’s teaching me how to put time back into myself, something I really needed and felt I needed permission to do. I really appreciate her time and support and know each session helps me move forward a bit more. Highly recommend and appreciated

I’ve been working with Kaye for a few months now and have already recommended her to a few friends! She is always there with unconditional support for me, but will also challenge my thinking patterns and encourage me to really question myself and dig deep. I feel she brings the perfect balance between accepting compassion and accountable challenging. She’s also helped me reconnect with my spirituality in a way that has felt authentic to me.

Kaye is a deeply lovely, encouraging person who truly sees the best in people. I’ve so appreciated my time talking with her, and she goes the extra mile to make sure we leave each other with a sense of forward movement, rather than still mired up, even if it takes a couple extra moments to wrap up well. I really appreciate that generosity. I also feel we have a good back and forth. If you enjoy having a therapist share some of their perspective, rather than just listening and reflecting, you may enjoy her conversational style!

Kaye is absolutely amazing. As someone who has had years struggling to find a therapist who doesn't shrug me off, it has been eye-opening for finally finding someone who understands, but also incorporates my beliefs as a Christian into the therapy.
She has helped me so much, that there aren't enough words to express how helpful and lovely Kaye is!!!
I 200% recommend Kaye, and thank betterhelp for connecting me with her!!!!
