Kayla Caceres, LMFT
About me
I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist with over 10 years of experience. I want to help you on your journey to find your essence, build meaningful connections, and create your own path in life. We receive so many messages on the “right” way to do things but most of the time we feel lost and unsure. I use a collaborative approach to understand your values, develop your own way of living & use your strengths/imperfections to your advantage.
Starting therapy or finding a therapist that clicks can be a tiresome task. My approachable nature, clinical knowledge, and experience with diverse populations makes it easy to connect with people at different stages in life. Whether you’re a young adult struggling with anxiety or depression, a parent juggling all your different roles, an individual navigating the dating world and relationships, I’ll use ideas from Mindfulness Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy and Psychodynamic to understand the connection between your thoughts, feelings, behaviors and the ways you relate and interact in the world.
Together, we can work on creating a life you enjoy and feel proud of!
