Unfortunately I was unable to work with her for long but for the time that I did get to spend working with her I will say I appreciate it. She was very open and understanding. She also understood that I had a hetic work schedule and tried working with me the best she could so that both of us were available at good times which a lot of people will not do. She quickly picks up on things about a person and then also remembers them which is helpful for anyone that might feel like they've never been understood or heard. I wish I could have continued to work with her to see if I would have been able to make some good progress but I can't at this time. Not every therapist/counselor is meant for everyone which is completely understandable but I do recommend seeing her a few times just to figure out how it goes..
Anyway. Thank you Kayla.
Good Luck to whoever decides to get help next.
