About me
Hey there! Whether you’re struggling with a huge change in your life, increased worries, loss, or anything else challenging, finding the right person can be a struggle. Face to face can be tough, meeting someone new and sharing your secrets, but so can doing this over video. We can work together to find what works for you .
I have been a Licensed Social Worker for 10 years and have experience working with individuals from various backgrounds. I currently work with adolescents and young adults. Many of these individuals come to my office with a variety of concerns including, depression, anxiety, LGBTQ+, PTSD or trauma, OCD, foster care/adoption, and or recent life changes.
I try my best to meet my clients where they are, including them in the treatment. I will try to empower you to find solutions or answers, rather than give you the answers or my own opinion.
I am typically available during the mornings and afternoons, but I will check my messages on a regular basis. Let’s work together to get you feeling better!

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Kayla Fisher-Poling. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with BetterHelp might be different.
Kayla is very respectful and a thoughtful listener. She can give you alternate ways of thinking to better equip you in coping with situations all while listening to you and empathizing with what you're going through. I'm comfortable with her credentials and she writes back through messaging, and can video/voice call with you as you go start talk therapy with her.
Kayla has been very helpful in making me reassess my problems and I highly recommend her.
