About me

I am Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Wisconsin with 8 years of experience. Before becoming a license therapist, I worked for social services (CPS) for many years. I have worked with clients with a large range of concerns including depression, anxiety, ADHD and personality disorders. I focused a lot on helping adults and parents improve their interactions and relationship with their children and other family members. My education was geared towards Trauma Informed Care. Warm, inviting and understanding is my therapeutic approach. I tend to use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Client-Centered Therapy.

If you are ready to take the next steps, I look forward to meeting you!

I feel safe talking to Kayla. And that's saying something. She is agreeable but thought provoking. She is so kind, but wants you to grow

Kayla has been absolutely phenomenal! Her expertise and ability to understand my emotions and goals for therapy are unmatched. Her and I set goals roughly a year ago and I am proud to say that she has helped me reach BEYOND those goals to improve my overall quality of life!

Kayla has been excellent. I have felt that she understands my feelings and offers me reasonable ways to try and alleviate my stressful thoughts and feelings. I also feel that our conversations help me to discover things I hadn’t even thought of.

Kayla,
Was a tremendous help in a very tough time.
I didn't have the 3 months that it takes to get lined up with a therapist thru my insurance.
Worth every penny.
Thanks!!!!!!
