Kayli has been amazing! She’s been a huge help for me to get through my breakup and help me overcome my insecurities. I’ve come to feel better about being myself!

Kayli is amazing! She is highly personable, professional and has so much knowledge in various therapuetic approaches. Being diagnosed with depression and PTSD for a long time, Kayli has helped me so much with navigating these and providing support and strategies. During this year I have also gone through much trauma involving being diagnosed with a brain tumor and requiring treatment. I was so overwhelmed and Kayli was a calming and supportive presence to help me with the fear and loss associated with the changes I had neurologically. I could go on and on about the ways she's helped me recover from my life experiences that have caused trauma, but that would be book length. Kayli is the absolute best therapist I've had and I would recommend her to anyone! Thank you, Kayli!

My therapist responds to my messages in a timely manner. She is empathetic and validates my concerns both in our tele-health appointment and via messaging. I feel very supported and comfortable talking about my concerns.
