In my trauma-informed, mind-body integrated therapy, I draw upon a blend of ancient wisdom and modern approaches. I explore whether my clients' diet is nourishing, balanced, immune-supportive, and beneficial for their gut microbiome. I integrate practices, e.g., yoga and meditation into contemporary frameworks like EMDR, IFS, and polyvagal.
Over the years, I have had the opportunity to share my own personal journey of healing and growth with individuals seeking assistance. It has been a profound privilege to witness patients steadily decrease their reliance on medications and experience remarkable recoveries from enduring mental health challenges.
